These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of the website of Frostline AS and to enquiries and bookings made through our contact channels. By using this website, you accept these terms.

Scope of Services

Frostline AS offers passenger transport on request, including private transfers, partner transport for DMCs and tour operators, and related services in Northern Norway.

Bookings and Enquiries

Bookings are usually confirmed via email or written agreement. The contact form on this website is for enquiries only and does not constitute a binding booking.

Prices and Payment

Prices are provided on request and may depend on route, season, and availability. Payment terms are agreed separately for each booking.

Cancellations and Changes

Cancellations must be made no later than 5 days before the scheduled transport. It is not possible to cancel later than 5 days before. Later cancellations will be charged in full.

Liability and Responsibility

Frostline AS takes reasonable care for the safety and comfort of passengers. However, we are not liable for delays or disruptions caused by weather conditions, traffic, road closures, or other circumstances beyond our control, within the limits of applicable Norwegian law.

Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Any disputes shall be handled by Norwegian courts.
